Savoy and napa cabbage each have a more delicate taste and texture than green cabbage and they offer a refreshing change of pace. Ingredients:
8 cups thinly sliced savoy or napa (chinese) cabbage |
1/3 cup sliced pitted kalamata olives |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle with oil and juice, and toss. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss well. |
