Savoy and napa cabbage each have a more delicate taste and texture than green cabbage and they offer a refreshing change of pace.
Ingredients:
8 cups thinly sliced savoy or napa (chinese) cabbage
1/3 cup sliced pitted kalamata olives
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle with oil and juice, and toss. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss well.
