for those cold days Ingredients:
dough:3 1/2 cups flour |
1/2 tspn salt |
4 tblspn butter |
1/4 cup warm water |
2 tblspn sugar |
1 pkt yeast |
1/4 cup warm milk |
2 eggs |
filling:2 cups mixed veggies,onions green peppers and tomatoes |
1 kg chicken ,cubed and cooked salt to taste |
ground chillies |
thick white sauce |
Directions:
1. dough:mix flour,salt,sugar and yeast 2. melt butter with milk,add water 3. add beaten eggs to milk mixture 4. add to dry ingred to form soft dough 5. let rise,punch down and divide into 2 6. filling:cook veggies,pepper,onoin tomatoes in butter 7. add chicken and salt to taste 8. add to white sauce 9. roll dough into rectangles 10. spread filling and roll into swiss roll 11. form into a ring,make slits on top 1/2 inch apart 12. bake at 180 degrees for 35 min 13. once done sprinkle with cheese and place under grill |
