I got this recipe from a leaflet the other day they look delicious. I have not had a chance to make them yet but I will be soon! Ingredients:
8 thick sausages |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
1 teaspoon dried herbs |
1 tablespoon red pesto sauce |
6 tablespoons tomato ketchup |
1 tablespoon malt vinegar |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon red pesto sauce |
Directions:
1. Cut the sausage down their length and remove the skins. Place the meat in a bowl. Mix with the parsley, dried herds and pesto. 2. Divide the mixture into 12 balls and then press into patties. 3. Cook the patties on a griddle for 15 minutes, turning once. 4. Meanwhile, place the dip ingredients into a saucepan and stir well. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and spoon into a serving bowl. |
