Savoury Protein Pancakes

Great as a snack, hot or cold. I hope you like this as a variation as much as I do.
Ingredients:
1 cup oats
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
50 g feta cheese
50 g sweet corn
6 egg whites
1/2 medium onion
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Place the oats, cottage cheese, feta cheese, egg whites & black pepper in a blender and blend into a smooth batter.
2. Finely chop the onion and drain the sweetcorn.
3. Add the onion and sweetcorn to the batter mix and stir them inches.
4. Spray a non-stick frying pan with oil, and heat the pan.
5. Pour in desired amount of pancake batter into the pan and cook over a MEDIUM heat for 2-3 mins on each side.
