Serve with cooked vegetables. Ingredients:
250 g pecans, chopped |
3 cups fresh breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 cup finely chopped onion |
1 cup grated carrot |
1 cup cottage cheese |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
3 eggs, beaten |
1 teaspoon salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 2. Chop pecans, onions, carrots. 3. Combine pecans and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Cook onions in butter until soft, remove from heat. 4. Add to the pecans, add rest of ingredients and mix. 5. Put into greased loaf tin. 6. Bake 35-40 mins till firm. |
