I used to make this for the kids, when we went on picnic, as it just as nice hot or cold. I sometimes have used bacon chicken or ham instead of the tuna. But whatever you use this reccipe is so easy Ingredients:
4 eggs |
1/2 cup self-rising flour |
1 onion, finely chopped |
1/4 cup chopped parsley |
2 cups milk |
200 g tuna or 200 g salmon |
1/2 cup grated tasty cheese |
1 pinch ground pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl beat together eggs, milk, flour. 2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. 3. Pour into 30cm pie plate and bake at 190 deg C until the top is brown - ususally about 35 to 40 minutes. |
