Ingredients:
cooking spray
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon olive oil
12 wonton skins
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. Cook a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. In a small bowl, combine cheese, herbs and garlic powder.
3. In a small cup mix 2 teaspoons water with olive oil.
4. Cut wonton skins in half diagonally. Place on prepared baking sheet.
5. Brush wonton pieces lightly with water-oil mixture. Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese mixture.
6. Bake 6-7 minutes, or until crisp and lightly browned.
