cooking spray |
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 teaspoon dried basil |
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
12 wonton skins |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. Cook a large baking sheet with cooking spray. 2. In a small bowl, combine cheese, herbs and garlic powder. 3. In a small cup mix 2 teaspoons water with olive oil. 4. Cut wonton skins in half diagonally. Place on prepared baking sheet. 5. Brush wonton pieces lightly with water-oil mixture. Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese mixture. 6. Bake 6-7 minutes, or until crisp and lightly browned. |
