This recipe uses a ready-mix bread stuffing with a couple fresh ingredients. Ingredients:
1/2 cup celery leaves, chopped |
2 tablespoons onions, chopped |
4 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup water |
2 cups bread stuffing mix (1/2 of an 8 oz package) |
Directions:
1. Saute celery leaves and onion in butter in a medium-size saucepan. 2. Add water; heat to boiling. 3. Stir in bread stuffing; toss with fork just until moistened. |
