Savory Spinach Egg Recipe Using Canned Spinach |

If watching sodium use sodium reduced spinach. Ingredients:
1 (13 1/2 ounce) can spinach |
1/4 cup egg substitute |
1 dash pepper |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup skim milk |
cooking spray, pam |
Directions:
1. In bowl, whisk together egg substitute, milk, pepper and salt. 2. Stir in spinach (I think it should be diced)and mix well. 3. Spray Pam on skillet. 4. Cook over medium, stirring frequently until most of liquid is evaporated. |
