Savory Skillet Pork Chops |

I came up with this recipe one night when I wanted pork chops both creamy and savory. And quick! This doesn't take long at all. Also, it makes A LOT of gravy, so service with lots of mashed potatoes. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil |
4 -6 boneless pork chops |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of onion soup |
milk, 2 can-fulls |
1 (1 ounce) package buttermilk ranch salad dressing mix (dry) |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown chops in oil until well browned. Remove and set aside. 2. Combine remaining ingredients in skillet and bring to boil. 3. Bring down to a simmer and add chops back. Simmer until done. |
