I like the flavor of this. It isn't quite a barbecue and it's not exactly Italian either. Ingredients:
3 lbs chuck roast |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/4 cup catsup |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Brown roast in a small amount of oil. 2. Place in crockpot. 3. Combine vinegar, oil, catsup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, garlic powder and mustard. 4. Pour over meat. 5. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. |
