This one is for mustard lovers only. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
1 tablespoon ground mustard |
1 teaspoon seasoning salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
4 pork chops (3/4 inch thick) |
1 -2 tablespoon vegetable oil |
2 teaspoons ground mustard |
1 cup water |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
2 tablespoons ketchup |
2 tablespoons orange marmalade |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients. 2. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture. 3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown chops in oil on both sides, about 8 minutes. 4. Combine the sauce ingredients; pour over chops. 5. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer until meat is tender, about 20 to 30 minutes. 6. Spoon sauce over chops when serving. |
