Savory spinach and pesto focaccia. Easy and delicious. Ingredients:
1c baby spinach |
2tbs sun-dried tomato pesto |
2tbs canola oil or olive oil |
1tbs. grated parmesan cheese |
1 tube(11 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough |
1/2c shredded italian cheese blend |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400. In bowl of food processor,pulse spinach,pesto,oil and cheese 5 mins. 2. On floured surfac,unroll pizza dough. Using floured rolling pin,roll out dough to 16 x12 rectangle.. Place dough on jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray. 3. Using pastry brush,coat pizza dough with spinach mixture. Sprinkle shredded Italian cheese blend evenly over the dough. Bake 10 mins. or till golden brown and chesse is melted. Cut into wedges. |
