Nummy !!! Ingredients:
2 cups pecan halves |
2 medium green onions, chopped (2 tbsp) |
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne) |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 300°F 2. Mix all ingredients. 3. Spread pecans into jelly roll pan (ungreased). 4. Bake uncovered 10 minutes till pecans are toasted. 5. Serve warm, or cool completely. 6. Store in airtight container at room temperature up to 3 weeks. |
