Ingredients:
2 tablespoons orange liqueur |
1 tablespoon oil |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons rosemary, crumbled |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
1/4 teaspoon marjoram, crumbled |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
3 cups mixed unsalted nuts |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except nuts. 2. Stir in nuts. 3. Allow to stand stand 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Spread nuts in a shallow baking pan. 5. Bake at 3500F for 20-25 minutes or until golden. 6. Cool completely. 7. Store in airtight containers in a cool dark place for up to 3 weeks. |
