Fresh mushrooms and fresh herbs combined for a tasty side dish. Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter |
24 ounces fresh mushrooms, halved |
2 tablespoons chopped onions |
1/2 teaspoon tarragon leaf |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a skillet. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley. 3. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally,'til mushrooms are tender (3-4 minutes). 4. Stir in parsley before serving. |
