Meatloaf recipe from the Betty Crocker cookbook. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef |
1 cup milk |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon ground sage |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
4 ounces egg beaters egg substitute |
1/2 cup italian style breadcrumbs |
1 small onion, diced |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix all ingredients with two forks. 3. Spread mixture in ungreased loaf pan. 4. Bake 1 hours and 15 minutes. |
