Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1-1/2 cups frozen lima beans, thawed
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add lima beans; return to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Drain. Combine the butter, lemon juice, sugar, mustard and salt; pour over beans and toss to coat. Yield: 4 servings.
