Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) minced garlic chopped |
2 bunch(es) kale roll & cut into 1 inch slices |
1/2 white onion diced |
1-2 serrano peppers diced |
1 box(es) vegetable broth or chicken broth |
1 cube(s) not chicken bouillon (if using veggie broth) |
4 dash(es) garlic powder |
4 dash(es) onion powder |
2-3 dash(es) cayenne powder |
3-4 dash(es) sea salt |
1 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Grab Medium Sized Soup Pot 2. Sautee on Medium/High Heat: Diced Onion, Minced Garlic, and Diced Serrano Peppers in olive oil until onions are translucent 3. (eyeballing) Add enough Vegetable Broth + Not Chkn Bouillon OR Just Chicken Broth to cover the Kale Greens. 4. Add all Seasonings (Garlic Pwdr, Onion Pwdr, Cayenne Pwdr, Sea Salt) and Let it come to a medium boil for 5 minutes. 5. Turn heat on Medium/Low. Add cleaned and cut Kale Greens. Cook 20 minutes. |
