These tasty bread rounds are very good. They were served with a spaghetti dinner, which was perfect. The whole family enjoyed these. They are a snap to make. Ingredients:
2/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1/2 cup mayonnaise (do not use reduced-fat or fat free) |
1/4 teaspoon basil, dried |
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon oregano, dried |
1 dash onion salt |
12 ounces buttermilk biscuits |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. 2. Separate biscuits and place on two ungreased baking sheets, let stand 5 minutes. 3. Flatten biscuits into 4 inch circles. 4. Spread about one tablespoon mayonnaise mixture over each circle gto within 1/2 inch of edge. 5. Bake at 400 degrees 10-13 minutes or until golden brown. 6. Serve immediately. |
