I've been looking for salad ideas and always see sweet and fruity ingredients, here's a savory dinner salad that leaves me full. Ingredients:
boneless skinless chicken breast |
thyme |
salt n pepper |
olive oil |
romaine hearts |
green beans |
tomato |
feta cheese |
toasted walnuts |
buttery crutons |
Directions:
1. rub the thyme leaves, salt, pepper, and olive oil into the chicken 2. bake the chicken 3. cut into bite sized chunks 4. steam the green beans, add salt and pepper and chill 5. toss the lettuce in dressing, i prefer olive oil and balsamic 6. add green beans, tomato, walnuts, crutons, and cheese |
