This is a nice side dish with any grilled meat. Ingredients:
1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley |
1 tablespoon sherry wine |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except parsley in a skillet. 2. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Sprinkle with parsley just before serving. |
