just another good deviled egg recipe. Ingredients:
6 hard-cooked eggs |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon dill weed |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
fresh dill, springs (optional) |
Directions:
1. slice eggs in half lengthwise. 2. remove yolks. 3. set whites aside. 4. in a small bowl, mash yolks. 5. add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, dill, garlic powder and salt. 6. spoon into egg whites. 7. garnish with springs, if desired. 8. refrigerate until serving. |
