Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) crackers, crushed crushed |
1/2 cup(s) carrots, shredded shredded |
1 tablespoon(s) green onions, chopped chopped |
2 eggs |
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper |
8 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened softened |
2 cup(s) sweet frozen corn |
1/4 cup(s) red onion, chopped chopped |
2 tablespoon(s) butter, melted melted |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and eggs until well blended Add remaining ingredients except crackers and butter; mix well. I may add 1 tbsp milk also. 2. Pour into lightly greased 8 square or round baking dish. Pat down mixture. In a small bowl, melt butter and add crushed crackers. Stir and sprinkle mixture on top. 3. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes before serving. |
