This was a desperation recipe. It will bake for a while, or turn the heat down (200-250°F) and have a lay down. Good for after work or after shopping. The sauce makes a nice gooey topping. Ingredients:
1 (3 -5 lb) chicken, cut up or 1 (3 -5 lb) package chicken parts |
1 (14 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce |
Directions:
1. Put chicken parts on a cookie sheet or in a pan. 2. (I usually take the skin off because I want the gooey stuff on the chicken). Spoon the spaghetti sauce on the chicken. 3. Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes or so. |
