This recipe intrigued me because of the ingredients....but they all married up very well. If you plan on using this on the barbecue, I would suggest cutting the recipe in half. This recipe needs to chill overnight. Ingredients:
32 ounces salmon fillets |
2 tablespoons horseradish |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons oyster sauce |
2 tablespoons chili sauce |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1/4 cup dry white wine |
Directions:
1. Place salmon fillets in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. 2. Cover and chill overnight. 3. Remove fillets from marinade and place on hot greased barbecue grill, flesh side down; turn once and cook until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork: 10 - 14 minutes. 4. Note: Fish may also be baked in 450 oven for about 10 minutes per inch of thickness. |
