                    Yummy and Oh so (3 step) simple! A great southern favorite. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 tablespoons pork fat  |  
                                                2 stalks celery, chopped  |  
                                                4 green onions, chopped  |  
                                                1 red pepper, chopped  |  
                                                2 garlic cloves, chopped  |  
                                                1 1/2 lbs smoked sausage, sliced diagonal  |  
                                                14 ounces tomatoes  |  
                                                4 ounces tomato paste  |  
                                                1 1/2 cups water  |  
                                                1 cup rice  |  
                                                1 1/2 cups jumbo shrimp, cooked  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Add all ingredients except shrimp to a large pot. 2. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. 3. Add shrimp. serve.                              |
