1/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon water |
1 small onion, minced |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon ground oregano |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon white pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a jar; cover and shake vigorously. Chill. Shake well before serving. |
