This recipe is from my favorite girl Paula Deen...These are so easy and so tasty..Perfect for a house warming or potluck...Bet ya can't eat just one Ingredients:
crust |
1 cup all purpose flour |
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
1 stick butter, melted |
filling |
2 8oz. packages of cream cheese softened |
1 cup granulated sugar |
3 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract |
fresh raspberries and mint leaves if ya want to get fancy |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees 2. For crust: 3. Combine flour, brown sugar, pecans and butter in mixing bowl 4. Press dough into 9 x 13 x2 pan 5. Bake 12 to 15 minutes till lightly browned 6. Let cool 7. For filling: 8. Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar in bowl till smooth with hand mixer 9. Add eggs and vanilla 10. Beat well 11. Pour filling over cooled crust 12. Bake for 20 minutes 13. Cool completely 14. Cut into squares 15. Decorate with fresh raspberries and mint leave if ya want to get fancy |
