My husband and I developed this recipe over time. Sauté garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Add zucchini, then soy sauce, black pepper sauce, barbecue sauce, and Marsala. After a few minutes add okra. In a separate sauce pan boil frozen artichoke for about 5 minutes ( just to get soft). Add the artichoke, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. Ingredients:
4 small zucchini, sliced (1nch round) |
1 (8 ounce) package frozen cut okra |
1 (8 ounce) package frozen artichokes |
1 tablespoon instant minced garlic |
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoon trader joe's black pepper sauce |
1/2 cup marsala (sweet) |
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce |
Directions:
