Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter or margarine |
12 ears fresh white corn, cleaned and kernels cut from cob |
1/4 cup milk |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover; cook an additional 20 minutes, stirring frequently. |
