These vegetables are great added to any meat or just used for a vegetable wrap Ingredients:
1 medium green pepper |
1 yellow pepper |
1 medium red pepper |
1/2 medium yellow onion |
2 jalapeno peppers |
Directions:
1. Chop up all vegetables 2. Place in skillet with 1 tablespoon of any cooking oil. I usually use extra light olive oil. 3. Saute until vegetables are tender and slightly browned. 4. Drain excess oil. 5. Serve with any meat or put in a veggie wrap |
