15 leaf swiss chard |
1 tbsp butter |
1 tbsp olive oil |
2 cloves garlic, pressed |
1 pinch red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Cut leaves horizontally into 1 inch strips. 2. Put butter, oil, garlic and pepper flakes into pan and saute until fragrant, about one minute. 3. Add swiss chard and cook covered until tender, about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
