Ingredients:
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil |
5 cloves garlic, sliced thin |
1 bunch swiss chard, washed, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces |
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large saute pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and saute until pale golden color, about 1 minute. Add Swiss chard and saute until soft, but still crisp, about 5 minutes.
