Ingredients:
1 teaspoon butter |
3 cups sugar snaps, blanched |
1 shallot, finely diced |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat a saute pan with the butter. Add the blanched sugar snaps and cook for 1 minute. Add the shallot and cook for 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and remove from the heat. |
