One of my husband's favorites! Recipe is from Woman's Day. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter |
2 large shallots, thinly sliced |
2 cups frozen peas |
1 lb sugar snap pea, pease strings removed |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. 2. Add shallots and saute until golden, about 5 minutes. 3. Add frozen peas and sugar snap peas; saute 5 minutes or until sugar snap peas are crisp-tender. 4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. |
