Great side dish for meat or fish. Very quick to prepare. Ingredients:
fresh baby spinach |
salt |
pepper |
olive oil (extra virgin) |
pamelo (if you can find it) sauvinon blanc - this is white with a hint of lemon. else, use a dry white wine and add lemon juice. |
Directions:
1. Heat skillet to med high 2. Add Olive Oil 3. Swirl olive to coat pan 4. Once heated, add spinach and mix to coat with oil 5. Add salt and pepper 6. Once the spinach cooks down, add wine 7. Serve hot |
