Sauteed Spinach Cream Sauce |

Created to serve over Spinach-Stuffed Chicken Spirals, but this would work well with plain, baked chicken as well to add an elegant touch. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
5 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry |
2 tablespoons whipping cream |
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt butter over medium heat in medium saucepan. 2. Add chopped spinach. 3. Cook and stir for 5 minutes. 4. Add 2 tablespoons whipping cream, Kosher salt, and ground black pepper. 5. Cook and stir for 30 seconds or until heated through. 6. Serve over baked chicken. |
