Spinach is sauteed with shallots and sprinkled with toasted pine nuts. This side dish is easy and ready in no time. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons canola oil |
1 tablespoon minced shallots |
1 (9-ounce) bag fresh baby spinach |
1 tablespoon toasted pine nuts |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shallots; sauté 2 minutes. Add spinach; sauté 2 minutes or until spinach wilts. Stir in pine nuts and salt. |
