Sauteed Spinach and Grape Tomatoes |

Based on a recipe from Cuisine at Home magazine, February 2007. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/2 cup grape tomatoes |
8 cups spinach leaves |
Directions:
1. Heat oil over medium high in a saute pan. Add tomatoes and cook 1 minute, or until blistered. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. |
