A delicious way to prepare spinach. Ingredients:
2t olive oil |
6 garlic cloves, smashed |
2lbs spinach, washed and stemmed |
salt (to taste) |
red pepper flakes (to taste) |
Directions:
1. In skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and saute until golden. 2. Add spinach, salt and red pepper flakes and stir.. Cover and cook until spinach is wilted about 3-4 minutes. 3. Discard garlic prior to serving. |
