Here's an extremely simple recipe for sauteed spinach. You simply toss all of the ingredients into a pan and sautee! You don't even need the instructions below after reading that! If you have fussy vegetable eaters in your home, this might be a nice recipe to try on them. Ingredients:
3 pounds of fresh spinach leaves, cleaned and dryed |
2 tb butter |
1 tsp olive oil |
3 cloves of garlic, chopped |
1/2 tsp. salt |
toasted sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Heat a large skillet and add butter 2. Toss in all of the ingredients except for the sesame seeds. 3. Sautee for five minutes, turning the spinach while cooking. 4. Serve with sesame seeds sprinkled on top. . |
