This is an adopted recipe I can't wait to try! Ingredients:
3 tablespoons unsalted butter |
6 cups thinly sliced red cabbage |
3 -4 tablespoons pure maple syrup |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. 2. Add cabbage, cover, and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 30 to 35 minutes. 3. Add maple syrup, and cook for 5 minutes. 4. Season with salt and pepper. |
