Sauteed Radishes and Onions |

I was moving and needed to clean out the frig. you know the story. I found some radishes and onions and here is what I came up with. Ingredients:
4 medium red radishes, thinly sliced |
1/4 small onion, thinly sliced |
1 teaspoon sweet & low sugar substitute |
1 tablespoon zesty italian dressing |
2 teaspoons margarine |
Directions:
1. Over medium heat, Melt margarine in a small skillet. 2. Add sugar and italian dressing and blend well. 3. Add radishes and onions and cook until vegetables are tender or cooked to desired doneness. |
