Sauteed Pork with Mushroom Sauce |

Pork loin in a creamy mushroom sauce. Ingredients:
16 oz pork loin |
4 tbsp all purpose flour |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp black pepper |
1 cooking spray |
8 ounces mushrooms |
1/2 cup onion |
1 cup chicken broth |
1 tsp cornstarch |
1 tsp dijon mustard |
1/4 cup fat free sour cream |
Directions:
1. Flatten out pork chops with a meat mallet after wrapping them in plastic. Mix flour and seasoning in a shallow dish, dredge pork in flour, shaking off excess. Heat cooking oil in a large skillet. Cook pork on each sid for 5-6 minutes until brown. Remove from skillet, keep warm. 2. Add mushrooms and onion to skillet and saute' gently until softened. Add both, followed by cornstarch mixed in a 1/4 cup of water. Cook until bubbly and thick, about 3 minutes. Stir in mustard and sour cream and cook until heated through. Spoon sauce over pork. |
