Ingredients:
2 (20-ounce) cans pineapple chunks in juice |
1 tablespoon reduced-calorie margarine |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon rum |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple chunks, reserving 1/4 cup juice. Set drained pineapple and juice aside. 2. Melt margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; add pineapple chunks, reserved juice, brown sugar, rum, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve warm. |
