Ingredients:
6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter |
1 1/2 pounds okra, stems trimmed, washed |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin |
Directions:
1. Melt butter over high heat in a medium saute pan. saute okra with all seasoning 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce heat to moderate and cook, stirring occasionally, an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot. |
