Wonderful. We serve these with grilled steak and baked potatoes. Ingredients:
3 green onions with tops, chopped |
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted |
1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced |
1/4 cup dry white wine |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Saute green onion in butter until tender. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook, uncovered, over low heat 30 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. |
