These mushrooms make a wonderful side dish for just about anything. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 teaspoon sugar |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
10 ounces mushrooms, quartered |
1 tablespoon unsalted butter |
1 garlic clove, chopped |
Directions:
1. Stir together lemon juice, soy sauce, and sugar. Heat a 12-inch heavy skillet over moderately high heat until very hot. Add oil, then sauté mushrooms, stirring, until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Add butter and garlic and saut
