SAUTÉED MUSHROOMS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Wiggins Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1992. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter |
4 cups whole mushrooms |
1/2 cup white onion chopped |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/4 cup chicken broth |
1/2 cup beef broth |
1 cup chablis wine |
Directions:
1. Heat butter in skillet until melted then add mushrooms and onions and cook until tender. 2. Add garlic salt, broths and wine then simmer 15 minutes. |
